Often the power dynamics in organisations act as inhibitors of employee engagement and open communication. The Inclusion Suggestion Box creates a space for employees to voice their thoughts anonymously on what the organisation can do better/more of when it comes to inclusion in practise.

In many cases, employees may not feel able to safely report incidents that they experience or witness that frustrate inclusion and equality or may be discriminatory. This external, anonymous 'tip-off line' creates a safe space for employees to raise their voices without fear of reprisal or disregard.

The EDI Dashboard is a custom response platform where the organisation’s EDI status can be consistently checked and tracked.
